Over 11,000 To Cross The Finish Line On The Coney Boardwalk

Over 11,000 runners descend on Coney Island as the finish line for the Road Runner's Half Marathon. This year the race will start in Prospect Park and end in Coney Island.

From the Road Runners announcement:

We changed the course and the date this year in an effort to improve the race – traditionally it has started in Coney and ended in Prospect Park – now runners will cross the finish line on the boardwalk.
